Juan Carlos Raposo

Juan Carlos Raposo worked for 18 years in the investment banking sector, having spent most of his professional career at Goldman Sachs in London and Madrid. During his time at Goldman, he carried out some of the largest transactions ever seen in the Iberian Peninsula, in sectors such as energy, real estate, telecommunications, media, IT/internet, industry, infrastructure/construction, and the financial sector. Within Goldman Sachs, he was a member of the European Committee of Mergers and Acquisitions (European Merger Leadership Group), and was responsible for the renewable energy sector in Europe.

He has also worked as an independent financial advisor and has undertaken several investment projects, as he is deeply involved in the Spanish internet startup segment. He also spent time at Santander Bank and at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting).

Juan Carlos has an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the ICAI (Comillas Pontifical University), in addition to his bachelor’s degree in Economic and Business Sciences from UNED (National University of Distance Education). He has also completed the PADE Senior Management Program at IESE Business School.
