Eduardo Fernández Cuesta

Eduardo Fernández has more than 25 years’ experience in the Spanish and European real estate sectors. He joined Arcano in 2015 as Partner and Head of Real Estate.

He began his professional career at Richard Ellis in 1989.

In 1998, he was appointed Managing Director of CBRE Spain, and he held this position until December 2013.

In 2013 he was appointed Chairman of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in Spain, and in 2014 went on to form part of its European Council.

Eduardo has a BA in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, and an MBA from the IE Business School in Madrid, and he completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard University.

He has received the titles of API from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport in Spain, and FRICS from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
